After trying many shops in Tucson over the last 6 years, I tried Integrity Automotive based on a newspaper ad. Although I just scheduled an oil change, they pointed out a few items that would have caused major damage if left unattended. They also discouraged me from doing some work that I thought was needed, saying it was unneccessary, even though they would have made money by doing the work. They employ ASE Master mechanics and both owners are certified as well.

As a female it is great to find a place that treats me with respect and explains everything to me! The staff is friendly and you see the same faces each time unlike the last place I had my car repaired, a local chain. Now I work with the owners and they joke and have fun everytime I take my car in. The are very honest and always keep there word, if something is wrong they take care of it right away and that is rare, the only time I did have something wrong it was a part that was bad and they got me right in and fixed it right away. I love dropping of my car and getting a ride home and relax while my car is being taken care of.......

They charged $208.00 to diagnose and replace a cracked gas cap. Extremely overpriced. I posted this same review on their own website and it disappeared within seconds -- that tells me they will only leave 4 or 5 star reviews posted for customer viewing - no integrity when it comes to customer reviews. Also, they failed to give me a dollar cost estimate when they called to tell me the gas cap was cracked. I was expecting to pay about $75.

This is a follow-up to my previous review. One of the shop's owners contacted me after I let them know I was dissatisfied with the cost of repair to diagnose and replace a leaking gas cap. They offered to refund $100.00 or give me shop credit, which I gladly accepted. After this goodwill gesture, I told them I would return there again for service.
