Used this shop several times and always was treated fairly and honestly. Would recommend them highly. Honest, hard working, reliable. Were not open Saturdays but provide shuttle to/from work Mon-Fri.

Just started with them and they fixed a problem that another mechanic couldn't find after many tries and mucho $$$. They have a shuttle and their address is 4360 N First Ave, Tucson, AZ. Tel is 520-292-0904.

They quickly found and fixed a nagging problem with my truck after a dealership repeatedly (and dishonestly) failed. The shuttle service was also good.

They went out of their way to fit me into their busy schedule when my truck broke down and fixed it well within 24 hours; great shuttle service, very convenient.

I have used these guys for two of my cars over the years and thought they were really great until recently. They spotted things that were getting iffy on my old Jeep that I also thought were going. So I think that they are good on the diagnostic end of things. With my newer Ford Focus, however, they have mangled some of the plastic parts by just levering them off rather than properly disassembling them. For the prices they charge they should really take the time to unscrew the parts so that they can be reassembled properly.

I would trust their judgment on any repairs they think are needed. Once when I took it in after calling to explain the problem they said it looked like it fixed itself and they didn't need to do anything when they could have easily charged me for work. I really appreciated that!

I am a ninteen year old female. They treated me with respect, took very good care of my car, and did not try to take advantage of me. My car was finished in a more than reasonable time and the job was done correctly the first time. There were a lot of young females in the shop, and they all looked very happy with the work that was done on there car.

Fairly new to Tucson, a friend recommmended Buck's to me. I was very impressed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have been in business for ~ 30 years and are well known as honest mechanics. They have plenty of businesss & don't need any advertising, but they deserve recognition as a good shop to use, honest to deal with.
