I've been using these guys for several years. Service has been always either top notch or almost. They are honest and reasonably priced. My only beef (if it is a beef) is that they have no week-end hours (at least last I knew). This means I have to schedule work during my own work hours. Still, to be fair, they really go the extra mile and will drop me off at work after I leave the vehicle in their care. Very nice folks, too. If you're in east central Phoenix this is IMO, the place to go to get good, reasonably priced car maintenance and repairs..

My car needed an oil change & general check up as its been in storage for a few months while I moved. Belts were tightened, codes imputed to make the radio work again, a wiring problem was investigated and solved, and lightbulbs were replaced. Bill & Bill were very friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns & the situation and understood me. All my concerns were addressed and I was called twice during the work on my car to keep me updated on the progress! They were very good at estimating the cost as well. The final bill, which was VERY reasonable, was just a few dollars less than the original estimate.
