In addition to running a good shop, Jim will visit local rural areas to make repairs. This saves towing costs. I have seen him diagnose problems on the phone and be astonishingly accurate when he's finally arrived at the vehicle. Really knows his stuff.

I got a blowout while traveling in my motorhome on the 260. I called Jim for help changing the tire. He quoted me 254 dollars which I thought was high but I was stuck on the side of the road with three children. I gave very precise direction to our location and he said he would be there in 1-1.5 hours. He called in an hour saying he couldn't find us. Again I repeated our location and started waiting. After 30 minutes I called Jim, who stated he couldn't find us and was headed home. Do not patronize this business, I have never seen this low/nonexistent level of professionalism. I know it is a cliché bit I wish there was an option for zero stars.
