I didn't answer the question about how well they respond when they screw something up because so far, they've not screwed anything up!

Dennis was my trusted mechanic when I bought my first VW Beetle in July of 1962. He worked for the local Ft Smith VW dealer for many years. 46 years have gone by and I am still driving VW Beetles (New). I still consider Dennis Koch the best VW mechanic in town.

They were wonderful to work with and fixed it the first time. I would take my car back and would recommend them to my friends.

They are wonderful! They saved me over 1800.00 on a quote from another mechanic. They are honest and always willing to stop and explain what they are doing. I know people who drive from NWA to have Jerry and Dennis work on their cars! I will never use anyone else. They are a real gem to have in this community.
