I took my Ford pickup 4x4 in for its third pressure plate and clutch. The previous two were done by the dealer and another independent shop. Each of the previous jobs lasted only 30000 miles. My truck was not done on time but that was because the mechanic was arguing with the parts man at the dealership as to which parts should be used. The mechanic recognized that the linkage to the transmission was not the right part from the factory. After that clutch job, I drove my truck over 80000 additional miles before selling it and the clutch was still working fine. The truck shifted better than when it was new. I've also had other work done on different vehicles and have noticed that they are very thorough in their diagnosis. I have never been unhappy with the bill. I grew up doing mechanic work for our family business and I trust this place completely.

Great local reputation and in my experience it has been well deserved. If you need a torque converter all you get is that. That's not the norm in the industry
