My brother John has owned the Pine State Garage for about 25 years. He and his son Michael run the business together. He lets me tinker around with my car at the garage on weekends. When I get into trouble, and I usually do, he kindly comes over, looks at what I am doing, and makes suggestions on how he would do it. Older brothers do have to listen to their younger brothers, especially when it comes to fixing ones car. On major repairs I simply just drop off the car and say fix it. John has a large local business and tourist business during the summer months. He never takes a vacation, unless you count having Sunday's off as a vacation.

The Survey asked whether I was a friend, biased customer or family. Mike and John have been working on my or my families cars for over 25 years. So, I am a friend for sure, probably a little biased, but when you walk thru the door it seems like everyone is treated like family (walking in with a plate of warm cream cheese brownies and milk has sure helped too. John and Mike are upfront and fair and I always feel like they are working with the customers best interests in mind.
