The shop is owned by Mark Leblanc. I consider Mark one of the family because I've given him so much money over the last 4 years that I figure I'm putting his daughter through college. Mark is a great mechanic who takes care of me no matter what. I commute 150 miles a day to work... and he somehow manages to keep me and my car on the road. My former car was a piece of crap, but Mark always kept it running... which made him legendary among my co-workers. I finally euthanized it at 225,000 miles. Although Mark doesn't have loaner cars, he will occasionally loan me his own rusted out Nissan truck in desperate situations when my car needs work and I need to be somewhere else. In his grease covered waiting room you can find copies of Oprah and Martha Stewart magazines right next to the Oil and Grease magazines. You gotta love it.
