I am a female of the species. When I go for repairs (to my car, that is) I am treated not only with courtesy and respect, but as a valuable customer who might have valuable information about the malfunction. I am given a full account of the problem and repairs are done in a timely fashion. Often I have brought my car in with little to no notice and they have found time to work me in, even changing a battery on the spot, in their parking lot after testing for dead cells on a friend's car in the middle of the day. (This is all without the use or promise of ANY "presidential" type favours, for all you cynics.) When I asked for a FULL diagnostic on a prospective purchase, they walked me through, (and under) the car and told me point by point any cautions, issues, problems and points that I might be able to negotiate a better price on, then gave me a printout of all those items. Here's the best part. (You're not gonna believe this!) They have actually advised me when something could be replaced but didn't HAVE to be, because it still had wear left and wasn't a safety issue because they knew I didn't want to spend the money, even though they know that whatever repairs they insist on will be done and paid for because it goes on an account! How about that for HONESTY! I get personal service, and all the friends I have recommened to them get excellent treatment and thank me for telling them about these guys. These guys really still care about service and quality and reputation. The owner is often behind the service desk. My last testimonial: these guys are so good to me, I've brought them snacks as thanks.
