This shocked me. I'm not usually impressed with chain repair shops, but this one had a homey feel. The vehicle they serviced was an older Ford Ranger, long in the tooth but an much loved Old Faithful. They were up front about what repairs were needed, did not press me to get work I didn't want/need and gave an accurate estimate. I couldn't afford to get everything done at once, but they were good about letting me bring it in to do the needed work as I could afford it. The original estimates were adhered to -- in fact, they ended up saying one bit of work they'd recommended could actually wait another year or so. Appointments were convenient, work was done quickly and efficiently and the manager always explained the rationale behind their recommendations. Best experience I've ever had with a chain shop. Definitely a thumbs up. I'd go back in a New York minute.
