The shop's invoices are difficult to read and interpret-- basically, designed for the computer to tally, not for the customer to read and interpret. On picking up one's car, one is sent directly to the cashier, so questions and explanations are not encouraged. One doesn't usually interact directly with the shop's mechanics, so I'm never certain whether my comments and questions are relayed to them accurately. I just brought the car into the shop, for example, and noted that there was an odd noise coming from the back underside of the car. It was still there when I picked up the car, several hundred dollars later, following extensive work on other systems. Basically, my impression is that this shop does competent work, if a little on the expensive side. But I think they could put a bit more effort into customer relations, and specifically on making their invoice more transparent and on improving communication about what has actually been done on the car.
