I've known Rick Cho, the owner and chief mechanic of the shop, for over thirty (30) years. He has been taking care of my cars for over twenty (20) years. The only time I did not take my cars to him was when he worked for a Lexus dealer and could not work on my car (an ordinary Toyota Camry). With his expert care, I have put 150,000 miles (as of 10/2006) on my 1995 Camry and hope to put another 100,000 or so. He fixes everything right the first time. I highly recommend him. I picked this company because it was close to Andrews Air Force Base and because of the strong recommendation that was on this site, even though there was only one. I thought I needed new shocks for my 4Runner, and I needed the 75,000 mile service done before I shipped my car to Korea for a 2 year tour. RC knew this and could have taken me all the way, but instead called me this afternoon and said, "If it were my 4Runner, I wouldn't replace the shocks." He saved me at least $300, and lost any profit he'd make on selling me and installing the shocks. Integrity! The Temple Hills area is not the safest, unfortunately, but I live on base nearby and had no issues during normal daytime hours. Highly recommended.

Ricky Cho and his team are first rate. I first read about them on this site and thought I would give them a try. They are reasonable in their pricing and looked for ways to save me money. They provide a detailed list of the services they provided and the work was done without error. It is hard to find a honest and fair repair shop. I just found one. I intend to use them often and to tell others about them.

I had my car at the Ford Dealer, and they said I needed front suspension work (Upper control arm boots torn and lower ball joints worn)and the price to repair would be $1100. I took my car for the 1st time to RC Auto Services, and the price was $530 to fix, and my car was done in a few hours. No need to say I will be a returning customer if anything should go wrong with my '03 Ford Explorer!! Ricky Cho and his crew were very nice and courteous...and the plus is they are a Better Business Bureau accredited business. They will get the job done right!!
