Brad always treats me my problem and my vehicle with respect. Never shrugs his shoulders, never a glazed look, never gives me a load of "crap". He has done diagnostic work, tests and inspection and if he does not find or fix the problem he has not charged me. No boats in lot.

Took a Toyota Camry in with a noisy front wheel. They charged over $200 for the repair and when I drove away, the noise was still there! Nothing changed except I was out $200+ dollars. When I returned, they finally took the time to diagnose the problem, which they should have done in the first place, and charged an additional hundred to fix it right. I decided they were incompetent and dishonest and would never deal with them again.

Like a fool, I returned to this shop after having sworn to myself to never go back. I thought I would give them a second chance and have them look at my air conditioning in my Dodge Dakota. It was blowing hot air. They charged me around $150 and it was blowing cold air just fine, so I took off happy to have my AC back. Within two miles it was blowing hot air again, so I returned. They told me I had a freon leak and that it would have to be fixed to properly recharge the system. I asked them why they did not check for leaks the first time and was told they didn't notice any. When I asked about a refund of my totally wasted $150, they said we don't warrant AC work. How nice! That sealed it forever. Fool me once and all that... NEVER again will I use or recommend that shop for anything! And I mean it this time.
