Very dishonest and rude people. I was very unsatisfied and disappointed. I had two incidents with these people: 1 - I wanted them to recharge my car battery. After half an hour, the associate brought the battery back and said this battery is not holding charge and needs to be replaced. I don't think this person charged the battery at all and just told me that the battery is not holding charge. The battery was not warm either. I had gotten this battery checked at the car dealer just a couple of days prior and was told that the battery is good and just needs a full recharge. 2 - I ordered the battery online (got a good discount) and went to this store to pick it up. When I got there, they told me that the order has been cancelled for no apparent reason and they wanted me to pay the whole amount. I talked to the manager - she said she can't do anything to give me the same online rate. Upon calling the customer service, I found out that the store cancelled my order because they were out of stock! I asked the web representative to restore my order because the store had the battery (which they were trying to sell me at full price). When the rep was doing that, he talked to the manager and then the store manager said that she knew how to give me the online discounted rate! After talking to the customer service representative, when the manager was completing my transaction, she was visibly very upset and said, "you are wasting my time". If she and her employees had rightfully honored my online order, this wouldn't have happened. After saying that she just left the battery at the counter and walked off asking me to take it and leave. When I asked them to install it, they first said that they could not attend to me, and then made me wait for a long time stating that there are only 2 of them in the store and they need to take care of other customers (which was not the case when she was trying to sell me the battery at full price). Within a minute, I saw 3 other employees walking around. This store is supposed to provide free recharging and battery installation services (the latter with purchase). I now realize that in this mess, my 3-yr warranty may have been screwed.
