Ned is an expert in Mercedes car repair. His is the only repair shop in the area that doesn't "see you coming". For Ned, the older Mercedes are the cars to own and love. He has serviced our two 20 year old + sedans for some time and has even taught us how to make minor repairs without his help.

My parents and I have had our Mercedes serviced by Ned since we moved back to the area in the 1980's. I know people who have used his shop for a lot longer. It's not the prettiest shop. It's not the biggest shop. It's a personal shop that deals directly with you. They call with estimates before doing work. They won't make repairs that are unnecessary. They are very honest. Ned has been working on Mercedes for a long time, and in our area, he is one of a few that still work on Mercedes older than 1975. Many Mercedes places recommend him for those older models. That's not to say he doesn't work on newer cars. He does those too, we just don't have one. All of ours are old rust buckets.

They kept my '83 240D diesel running like a brand new diesel engine - they could find the hard to find parts and they could repair the disasters when they occured (like the drive shaft falling out of the car). My Benz is gone now, but they did great work.
