These guys are great. In addition to working on my VW Beetle, they have also worked on my Chevy RV. They are intelligent, competent, thoughtful, and affordable. And when was the last time that you received any kind of follow- up for a car repair, or for anything else for that matter? I received a mailing and a phone call. I highly recommend them.

I've been taking my vehicle to Challenger for several years and would be happy to recommend them to a friend. The staff are friendly, and I feel have always treated me with courtesy and honesty. They'll be happy to take you into the shop and show you where there is a worn or damaged part on your vehicle. The service is performed in a timely manner, and they'll provide a loaner at no additional cost, either from their shop or Enterprise (there is an optional insurance fee, if you go this route). Challenger has followed up with me after services and routinely offers service coupons and small incentives (like a free oil change for referring someone). They do use brand-name parts (Bosch and NGK among them, if I'm not mistaken) in their repairs, which are sometimes pricier than you might spend versus an alternative brand. It is up to individual discretion as to whether your higher-mileage vehicle is worth $100+ spark plug wires or not, but the staff will break down all of the costs for you before performing any service. If anything, all of my repairs have either been at the quoted price or have come out lower in the end, but never higher, and no "surprises" in the end.
