My husband and I have had great experiences with Perry Hall Auto & Tire. They did some work on my husband's old Mazda Protege. When he blew a tire in a nearby parking lot and called Perry Hall, they towed his car to their shop for free to do the repair and they even gave him a ride home. We live in the same zip code so it wasn't far, but their level of service is still outstanding; they didn't have to do those things. When my Corolla needed new tires and my dealer's quote seemed too high, I took it to them. They assessed my needs regarding my tires and offered something on the less expensive end of the spectrum yet still a good, reliable tire. Their total price for the new tires plus labor to install came in almost $200 below the quote from my dealer. When I came to pick it up, they showed me a printout of my alignment and the mechanics of exactly what they had done, explaining it in layman's terms without being condescending. They have also done some repair work on my husband's car, and when his older car needed major repairs, they provided the quote but also let us know that given the age of his car, it might not be worth it to pursue such expensive repairs. Overall, a very trustworthy and customer service-focused shop.
