These guys are honest and above board to the Nth degree. They only do what needs to be done on a vehicle - they don't try to rip you off. They do the work quickly, competently, and at a fair price. If they know that someone else can do the job better, faster, or cheaper they tell you that right up front. We had a Dodge Caravan. It failed the emissions test (NOx). They immediately diagnosed it as the catalytic converter (I had someone else look at it and give me an estimate of $1500 for all sorts of unrelated stuff). They then told me that a locally owned muffler shop down the road could provide the part and install it for less than they could get the part alone. In another case, a neighbor had a car with a noise coming from the one of the front wheels. He figured it was a bad wheel bearing or CV joint. Turns out it was just a loose bearing nut - a few bucks later and all was well again without incurring major costs. They are off the beaten path in an industrial park setting but they are worth looking for.

Fletcher has kept our 95 Chrysler minivan on the road -- and us out of car payments -- while we put three kids through college. Every time we faced a major repair -- A/C, transmission, etc. -- Fletcher gave us unbiased advice and accurate cost estimates to help us decide on our options. He's never let us down.
