I bring my car from Washington, DC and they will pick me up and drop me off at the nearest Metro stop (Grosvenor) when I leave my car with them. I can bring my car in and say, please look at it and tell me what I need to do. They tell me and then we discuss each item. When I asked if I should try to fix a dent someone put in the car, we discussed it and decided it might just cause cracks in the paint and increase costs, so I didn't do it. They suggested I replace two tires and when I asked if I should get four, the mechanic said no, he would rotate the old two to the back and put the new ones up front. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me and my lack of car knowledge. As a single woman, this is a lifesaver! The last time I brought my car in I'd forgotten my checkbook and even though I offered my credit card to pay, I was told to take the car and the bill and send in a check! I first used the shop in the 1990s when I lived in DC, and I was delighted to learn they were still working away more than ten years later in the same shop, when I returned to DC. Finally, people there speak Spanish, if that is helpful to you.

Luis was very pleasant to speak with he gave us a fair price along with very fast service. I would definitely bring my car to them again.
