What a great shop! My son, a Marine was home of predeployment leave prior to going to Iraq. As luck would have it the day before he left to go back to his base he took his car to another local garage in Edgewood for a simple front end alignment . He wasn't having trouble with it but he got new rims and tires and thought it prudent to get an alignment. He received a call from the garage saying he needed new tie rod ends and it would cost $600.00 to repair. He called me mentioned the garage's name and I told him to get his car and leave, he went to a local Western Auto and made the mistake of telling them what the other garage said, they look at the car and said it did indeed need new tierod ends but they could do it cheaper. We left. We found First Choice Automotive on this forum and called them. We took the car to them, Dave the boss heard our prediciment and then said he wanted to show us his facility. 22 bays ,11 mechanic's all VERY busy. He said he didn't have time for BS repairs. He said he would look it over and tell us what it really needed. He called later and said the tierods were fine, but one wheel bearing was a tad bit loose but the car would make it fine to North Carolina, he even gave the car the once over and check the fluid levels. All were OK. The cost of all this...a handshake. He'll get all my repair work from now on...go fiqure and honest mechanic....

THIS IS THE BEST SHOP IN HARFORD COUNTY. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE EXTREMELY BUSY AND YET THEY ALWAYS DELIVER MY CAR FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY HAVE A NO-NONSESE APPROACH TO FIXING TODAY'S CARS. THEY ALWAYS GIVE STRAIGHT, HONEST ANSWERS IF THE NEWS IS GOOD OR BAD. THEY GAVE ME A TOUR OF THEIR NEW FACILITY AND SHOWED ME ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT THAT THEY HAVE AND USE ON THE CARS. THEIR STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HAVE TAKEN ME TO WORK AND HOME WHEN I COULD NOT ARRANGE A RIDE. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST
