My dad started taking the family car there when I was only 12. Now the family car is my car and I still take it there for service. Recently I had a blow out while driving on I-95 near Washington DC. I nice guy stopped and changed my tire for me. You may laugh hysterically at the next part, because my dad didn't think it was a good idea for his daughter to know how to change a tire-he thought I should just call a tow truck. I didn't know that the tire was placed on the wheel and I threw the wheel away (hardy har har). When I took the car in for a new set of tires, they naturally wanted to know where the wheel and old tire was. The spent the entire day searching far and wide for a wheel for a Honda Civic LX 1992 and found a brand new one. They only charged me for the set of tires-possilby they felt the entertainment value was fee enough- but I was grateful for the hard work.
