This is an independent repair shop that advertises itself as specializing in Toyota for 17 years. All mechanics are ASE Certified Master Technicians and certified by the University of Toyota as Toyota repair specialists. I have only been to this repair shop once. I took my 2004 4Runner in for it's 15,000 mile factory recommended maintenance. The repair shop was almost $100 cheaper than the local Toyota dealer. So far I am happy with the service and the 4Runner seems to be running well. They did accidentally drain and replace the transmission fluid when it wasn't scheduled for that yet. They figured it out after it was already drained, but ate the cost for the new tranmission fluid.

My '96 Ford Taurus was heating up a lot. The Mechanic changed the Thermostat and fixed a leak in the radiator. Took it for a ride. Was not happy with it. Called the part shop again, asked them to send a new part. Changed the part again. Told me honestly what going on. I was very happy with the honesty. Charged me $ 140. I am happy with it. My car is not worth a lot, but for me it's priceless, especially in this economy. Car Talk Rocks!!!
