This shop does some truly excellent work, and, (just as importantly to me) they are friendly, honest, and have a free shuttle to and from their shop. I first went here on a recommendation from a friend to have a car checked out that I was interested in buying. The owner of the car had had another mechanic look at it and was told the struts and shocks needed to be replaced. I asked T&C for an estimate- they told me that there wasn't anything wrong with the shocks and struts-they didn't need to be replaced! They saved me $900 when they could have completely ripped me off. Today I am having another car serviced by them (a Ford Ranger) that needs a new fuel pump assembly (not a small $$ repair). Their price is $700 cheaper than the auto shop I first took the truck to. Another great thing about them is that they do not charge for estimates- meaning they will let you know what's wrong with your car (like when the check engine light is on) with out charging you AT ALL. Other shops I have been to charge their full hourly labor rate for an estimate! On top of everything, the staff is friendly and explains in plain language what repairs your car needs without talking down to us non-grease monkey types. They'll always give you a ride to and from your home/work as well, and I live over 10 miles away. These guys are great!

Town and Country have worked on multiple vehicles (2000 Jeep Cherokee, 2004 Honda CRV, 1996 F250). Each time the work was done on-time, at the price they quoted for parts and labor and with no problems down the road. The work ranged from routine maintenance to replacing ball joints and shocks on rusted vehicles. Communications is excellent. It is nice to have a shop in the neighborhood that one can trust. Not near public transport but they have a shuttle. No screw-up, but the survey would not accept NA
