We were 350 miles into our 500 mile trip through the mountains of West Virginia when our 2002 Nissan Altima started bucking like no one's business. Of course, it was about 4 p.m. and it was starting to rain/sleet/snow. We made it 20 more miles to the nearest town, Cumberland, and I asked the folks at Advance Auto Parts if there was a garage nearby - we had a busted car. They directed us to Mike Hose at Mike's Garage and, well, he kindly and professionally fixed the car for us! Bad spark plugs and a bad coil were the culprits and, with the help of the people at Advance, we were soon on our way. The price was reasonable, the work professional and timely, the atmosphere friendly, sympathetic and helpful. If your car breaks down near Cumberland, you'll be in good hands. Thank you, thank you, Mike.
