Wow! Joey's gets an A+++++++ for honesty and responsibility. They have always done great by me (with a BMW Mini Cooper and now a Subaru Forester) but they did the ultimate good deed for my Mom. Mom had an oil and filter change done by Joey's a few months ago on her 2004 Toyota Camry. (she only puts about a 1000 miles a year on her car). Mom knows nothing or less about cars, is 86, and a sweet old lady. Well, a few months after the oil and filter change, her filter came loose and all the oil drained out. Mom, knowing nothing, tried to get home and her engine froze up. She had Joey's tow it to their shop. Without Mom saying anything to them, they checked their records, said, we put that oil filter on, we don't know why it fell it off, its never happened to us before, but its our responsibility. They put in a rebuilt 2004 engine, with less miles on it than hers (hard to find) and DIDN'T CHARGE HER ANYTHING!!! They did a wonderful job (and even washed the car), and worked over the weekend to get it back to her quickly. WOW! What a great place! If you could mention this on your radio show, it would do justice to the great, honest, good people at Joey's.
