Service at Moravia Auto Care by both Jim Gibbons and his partner, Rich Nadolny is efficient, competent and professional. All customers are treated with respect, and every job is as important to Rich and Jim as it is to the customer. Rarely have I had to leave my car more than one day. If they are going to be delayed in repairing the car, they say so and give a realistic estimate of how long it will take and why. These guys are scrupulously honest, and will treat your car as they would their own. They are quick to advise repair of important things and will also tell you if your problem is not serious enough to warrant repair. The cost of repairs is generally half of what it would cost at the dealer in my experience. I have referred numerous people to Jim and Rich, over a period of 10 years or so, and no one has been disappointed. In a couple of cases, they repaired things for a couple of bucks that had been estimated at other shops to cost hundreds. They don't have to cheat you by making unnecessary repairs. They are so good that they have all the business they can handle, thank you. You are well advised to call ahead before you need them and plan to go in at the beginning of the week. If they can do your car while you wait, they'll tell you; if not; they'll tell you. No waiting and waiting only to find that you've waited for nothing. These guys are the best. I recommend them with absolutely no reservations.( I am a middle-aged woman with an OLD car; I could not save all this money on car payments if it weren't for these guys).

We do most of our work with them and are always pleased. They are fair, informed and patient with a car-challenged female. Anyone who tells me "there's nothing wrong with the car. The last person who worked on it didn't reset the computer correctly," is okay in my book. They certainly deserve your business
