When we first went to Auto International circa 1995 (same people, different location), they rebuilt the engine on my wife's 86 Mercedes 300E; the engine seized up on the highway. They paid for the tow, they rebuilt the entire engine again at their own cost, and did so with only one caveat: they asked us to stop going to fast-lube places and start bringing our cars to them for oil changes. We have since gone to them for almost everything, and we own two Audis, which are among their specialties. (In fact, we bought the Audis because we were aware of their special expertise in these cars.) We have owned probably eight cars total since then and they have worked on all but one of them: they give us a choice between OEM and after-market parts, make recommendations, show us the old parts, do the work quickly and do it right the first time (with the above exception) and at very reasonable cost (the nearby Audi dealer has been advertising that their prices are competitive with Auto International because the latter have taken so much repair business away from them). I have seen every type of vehicle in there, including pick-ups and all types of American and Japanese cars. They tend to specialize in high-end European cars, however. They have the most up-to-date diagnostic and alignment equipment.
