This was something new to me. They p/u my car a work and returned it when it was done. This is a new concept here in the Boston area. They will do whatever the car needs. The deal is they have many shops they deal with and it's based on the needs of service and make of the car where they take it for repair. They even do dealership business. When all there seems to be people complaining about what they get for the dollar this was one of the newest and best things i have come across in many years. GREAT GREAT service and knowledge and extremely competitive pricing. Lm

It's been a uniquely disappointing saga. I bought a $59 Coupme for pick-up and full detailing of a car from these folks. I had to call a few times and left a couple of messages and then used their online form to set-up an appointment. When I didn't hear back, I called the Coupme folks. Soon after, I got a call back from these guys, and we set an appointment which was a month out. When the date came around, I waited for several hours, but they were a no show. I again left a message. They called back, apologized for not having any record of the appointment, and we set another date, again a month out. The second appointment date came, I waited in the morning, and again --no show. I called, left a message, and they called back and apologized, and said they thought the date was the following week, which seemed sincere to me, and said maybe third time's a charm. We laughed and decided to keep the appointment date in the following week. The third appointment date came along, and still no show. I left a voice-mail and said that I am a reasonable person and understand that stuff happens, and I am still willing to get the services (that I have paid for). I have not received a response. I hate to write bad reviews for small businesses, since it can hurt their business. But I think I am frustrated enough by this business' lack of service and poor treatment of a paying customer and find it important to let them know that this is not okay.
