Brian was very friendly and extremely reasonable about price. He patched up an ugly fender with fiberglass in no time and it looks great. I would reccomend Don's Auto Body to anyone in the area.

Key points: 781-899-4640 Hours:For car drop off starts 7AM weekdays: Car pick up ends at 5:30 (5 on Mon) estimates any time- suggest call ahead-I didnt have to wait. MA liscenced directions in Waltham: Main St(rte) to Prospect St(on R going east). On prospect drive past Felton(at 2nd lights), take next left on Sun st and follow the block around to 204 Felton. or from Moody st going towaard City Hall- left on Felton (past the old GC and bridge, before Bedford st.) The night before my annual car inspection, an SUV came to a screeching halt in front of me. Luckily I stopped short of the car, but not soon enough to avoid the huge rear mounted tire, which crumpled my hood like an accordian (and broke headlight). I went to Don's for 1st time. Brian. (the proprietor), and I couldn't open hood, but he explained his educated guess of damage to the radiator support based on similar accidents (he was correct). I also needed a new headlight frame- another car had hit mine. I was pleased that Brian asked if I was interested in generic or used parts to keep cost down. He gave me an estimate and explained the work to be done. He also recommended work to take care of 2 years of dents and paint damage from parking in Boston Parking Garages. He didnt push when I told him, I was interested only it the items necessary to pass inspection, at that time. He called me back with info on the estimate and availability of parts in less time than it took me to drive home (10 min.) The repair work looks fine. The cost was almost exactly what he had estimated: ($15 lower). I left car on Tues, he said it might be ready Fri, but I waited till Mon. I dont know if this is long for body work. Brian was personable, friendly, concise, remembered me when I called, and didnt appear to be "talking down" to a dumb woman. I'll definitely follow up for the paint fix-ups at this shop.
