They have solved problems for me and for friends I have recommended call them that other shops could not solve. They explain everything carefully and intelligently. They fixed problems for two of my neighbors for hundreds less than they had been quoted at (1) a local garage, and (2) their dealership. Not the fanciest place, not really suited for comfortable sitting and waiting, mostly a work place. I always leave my car there and have someone drive me. They are an excellent, reasonably priced, honest and compentent shop!

I had taken my car to a dealership and to another garage -- no one fixed the problem and the dealer treated me patronizingly. Tyngsboro AutoWorks diagnosed the problem on their computer, called me with the estimate, fixed it for the price we agreed upon, called me at work when it was ready, and because I couldn't get up there during their business hours, made arrangements for me to be able to take the car off their lot after hours. It's an enormous pleasure to know that you can always rely on their professionalism and advice. They have told me what needs to be fixed immediately, and what can wait. They are very concerned about the safety of my car. They're cheerful and funny (Bob and Scott), and I recommend them without reservation.

Bob and Scott have been repairing my vehicles for over 10 years. Ford, Gm. Daimler-Chrysler it doesn't matter. They get it done. Only had one problem during that time and they made up for it quickly. They present choices on parts and make recommendations based on how long you intend to keep the vehicle. Good guys who take pride in their work.

I bought an older car for my kid and was mostly concerned with safety. I was very impressed with the way Bob explained the problems with the vehicle and let me know what to fix and what was not worth fixing. He also estimated the price to within a few dollars of what it actually cost. The car's been running great ever since and I'm confident she's in a safe, reliable vehicle.

Bob has always taken care of all my needs. He makes sure I am satisfied with all the work he performs. He goes well and beyond what most mechanics do for their customers. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest mechanic.

Bob has my trust and confidence. He recently told me I'd be better off at the dealer for a certain job. Some people would never say that and hack their way through the job.

Bob is honest and very knowledgeable, gives great advice on maintaining a vehicle, and he's been able to do some work that I thought only a dealer would be able to handle.
