I bought a used 01 malibu from them. There was a sound from the engine I did not notice until I got it home (just my luck). The first time I brought it back I also complained of a noise in the breaks. Well, they gave me four new tires (mid-range Firestones) and changed the serpentine belt. Alas the noise persisted. I had told them what my mechanic had said (something in the pulley area was the culprit) but they just replaced the belt. When I brought it back they replaced the idle pulley and pulled a dent in the door that my salesman said was not part of our deal. They decided to pull it out any way. The loaner was a decent vehicle and all the people were incredibly nice and professional. It may have taken them a couple of cracks at it but I got new tires and a new belt as well when they could have gotten away with just the idle pulley if they had wnated to.
