Small shop with three mechanics (two of whom are owners, I think.) Willing and able to track down elusive causes of problems. Although they are Volvo/BMW specialists, they have gladly and successfully serviced my wife's Saab.

Our daughter had loan of one of our Volvo wagons while away at school. She did not maintain it well at all. When we wanted to have it "refreshed" we checked out the Car Talk Site. Not wanting to drive all the way into the VOLVO dealership in Hyannis, we thought we'd try this. THEY know their business. Car was fixed and it running like a brand new auto. Lot was filled with loads up BMW's VOLVOS, and SAABS. Good testament to their mechanical skills, and honest business values.

After several difficult repair failures at the Volvo Dealership in Hyannis, I started going to Enginuity. They have been wonderful -careful, clear about issues, and willing to explain what is needed. I am VERY happy with their service.
