Moving to a new state with a 15-year-old Volvo presented the frightening challenge of looking for a mechanic who won't take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman who doesn't know anything about cars. Jeff and Rick not only remember me and are extremely personable but give me all information I ask for, and don't try to push me into anything. I guess I'm locked into Swedish cars forever, because I'm not leaving Made in Sweden!

Nice guys. Shop is kind of a pain to get to from Providence. No bus service, if you're a one-car family. I'd recommend them to a friend.

Rick and Jeff are absolutely terrific to deal with. They are unfailingly honest and their service is impeccable. I am the owner of a mint condition 1993 240 Volvo classic and this is the only shop I would ever bring my car to. They are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. If I describe a sound my car is making, they can diagnose it without even looking at it. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop!
