Paul is one of the most competent mechanics I know. He did a wonderful job in rebuilding the engine on my 1967 Alfa Duetto Spider four years ago. The car has run beautifully ever since. He went out of his way to try to get a good deal on parts, and helped keep the price within my budget. Paul is well known in the racing community, but I would encourage anyone with an exotic (or semi-exotic) to talk with him about preforming regular maintenance and minor repairs.

A great shop. They always have something interesting around as they try to figure out how to keep my 1987 Alfa on the road - like maybe an Alfa 8C or a Spanish Bultaco motorcycle. They are always willing to go the extra distance to help, and you can actually talk to the mechanic. Hey, you can actually be in the repair area and talk to the mechanic about your car while it is on the lift! They do a lot of exotic cars, but also the more plebian ones, though it seems mostly the more off-beat of the "lesser" cars, like MGs, Peugeots, Alfas, etc.

Paul Glynn is no longer in Salem, his new shop is on RT133 in Rowley, 978-948-6000. I have been a customer since 1987, Paul has restored or maintained everything I've owned from a Fiesta to a Ferrari and everything in between (Miatas, Jaguar, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes etc.. I am a car nut). They specialize in Italian, high performance and classic cars but I and many of their regular customers insist they work on everything we own. I look forward to visiting their shop as much as anything, wonderful people and among the most competent folks I have ever dealt with, in any profession. My 911 used to be maintained by Werks II (the Porsche factory in Zuffenhausen) when I lived in Stuttgart, so my standard is fairly high.
