I've been using Andy's exclusively since 1996. He has done everything to my cars, from chasing wiring problems, to an engine transplant. He saves me hundreds of dollars a year. In 1998 I brought my 88 Grand Marquis in to NTW in Weymouth, MA for an alignment. They gave me an estimate for $700 in additional front end work I "absolutely needed". I brought it to Andy's, and they pointed out the things NTB said I needed, and told me that the ony things wrong with the parts were the boots. He said the front end parts would deteriorate faster with the boots ripped, but that they wouldn't need to be replaced for some time. He also explained that two guys shaking your wheel this way and that would make it move the amount that it did, because that is how it absorbs pot-hole jostling. He did recommend an idler arm, which had about 6 months left on it, and I replaced it so I wouldn't have to worry about it. That was the one thing NTB missed in the estimate. I ended up paying for $250 in repairs (including an oil sending unit) instead of the additional $700 NTW quoted me. I never went back to an NTW.

The Family Buisness enviorment of this shop is terrific. More like going to grandma's for dinner than a repair shop. Always treated as if a family memeber. Highly recommend.

An honest guy, quite helpful. I purchased the car of one of his customers, he made sure everything was fine with it, and sorted out some post-sales issues with truthful concern.

Andy and his people have saved me having to buy a new car. Mine has 150,000 miles and it runs like new. After I spent over $800, 3 months, and going to 3 different shops, I finally found Andy's here and he fixed the stalling/restart probem with a $20 switch and a tie. His diagnosis is what I appreciate most. He finds the problem and suggests a range of fixes sensitive to my limited budget. His work is excellent. He can also fix any problem being a full-service joint. Andy is actually pretty funny, a down-to-earth guy who is very esy to talk to and explains things really well. I have sent three friends to him and we all agree that Andy's Auto is the best place we have ever taken our cars to.

Have you ever talked to a mechanic and felt like you were being taken for a ride? This won't happen at Andy's. I felt like they were up front and honest from the start. They took the time to patiently explain everything that was being done to my car and they were very good about answering any questions I had. I had taken my car to another place and they charged me three hundred dollars and did not fix my car. Andy's took a bit longer and cost more money but they found the problem and fixed it. My car runs great now. I highly recommend Andy's.

Have you ever talked to a mechanic and felt like you were being taken for a ride? This won't happen at Andy's. I felt like they were up front and honest from the start. They took the time to patiently explain everything that was being done to my car and they were very good about answering any questions. Before I had come to Andy's, I took my car to another place and they charged me four hundred dollars and repaired my car with parts from the junk yard. Yes i got ripped off. Then I found Andy's what a God sent!!! C Tilford.
