Derrick is the head mechanic. Front end expert, the guy has a near-photographic memory for things like my car's make and model, tire size, the last time I was in for an oil change. Smiles most of the time, polite with the customers, best prices going for an honest shop. One of the few places I'd trust to work on my cars when I'm not looking over their shoulder. Good prices. And when he fixes it, it stays fixed. :-)
