Been using them for years. Derrick, the manager, is not only an expert mechanic, but knows his stuff. Familiar with most brands and their peculiarities. Has a near-photographic memory--I usually don't have to tell him my tire size, for instance. Tire problems are usually diagnosed on sight, and fixed fast. New and used tires, complete mounting and balancing, good recommendations on size and style, and Derrick knows my driving habits. Will quickly tell me when something I'm considering would be a waste of money and alerts me. Great with front end work and alignments, tune ups, brakes, bearings, belts, AC. Turned me on to using Nitrogen in tires and made me a believer. Busy shop--but you can even bribe him to help get your job done early--just come in with 3 large regular coffees from Dunkin (Iced on hot days). One of the best shops I've ever done business with, and one of the few I'd trust to work on my cars when I'm not watching them. :-)
