Jim fixed my old SUV on a busy Friday/holiday weekend when I would have had to cancel a special trip with the kids. He's done the same for my friends and has never made us feel dumb about our cars. I reccomended the shop to our Moms' Club.

The work always done on time and within the estimate. The only screw-up (a bad new part - not their fault) was fixed immediately.

I have been a college grad for about 12 hours now. Jim has been very honest in telling me what needs to replaced NOW...and what needs to fixed after I had recovered from my next tuition payment. I drive a 1995 VW with 150,000 miles and as you would immagine stuffis starting to get old. All repairs have been made in a timely and fair manner. The only extended waits for my car were related to a leaky transmission that was sent out to be resealed when they changed my clutch. The sub-contractor that did the transmission work held it for a day before doing the subpar work. The other wait was for a spedometer sensor to come in and that was only 2-3 days. I have been going to Jims for 5 years and if I weren't moving away I would surely continue to use his services.

As i have said before in a survey for Jim's Automotive Center. The lot is always full of cars in need of some repair but you are always made to feel like your car is the only one. I have never been treated more respectfully or fairly at any other auto shop as I have been at Jim's. If you wanted done right, the first time, for a fair price. I highly recommend Jim's Automotive center.

I've been going to Jim since 1989. I've had him do work on VW Diesels, Audi Coupe, Lexus RX300, Several BMW models including '88 535is, '97 528, '99 528iT, '00 740iL,and my current car, a '03 745i. I count on Jim to do quality work for a fair price. He's saved me more than I've paid him over the years versus taking the cars back to the dealer for repairs or maintenance. I work in Boston and it's very convenient to drop the car there early in the morning and then take the Commuter Rail (Franklin line) to South Station from the Norwood Central stop. Jim is GREAT!
