Bill is one of the best mechanics that I've ever had. The first time we ever used him, he didn't even know us, and yet he trusted us to come in the next morning to pay on a repair. How many mechanics do that in general???? He is always honest, never telling us that something needs to be done "right now!!" He's even brought our cars home to us if we are unable to get it ourselves, with no complaints. As a mother of 2 young girls, it's good to know that my car is in capable hands when it comes to their safety

Bill (the owner/mechanic) and Dan (mechanic/tow truck driver)have been working on our vehicles since we moved to Norton 10 years ago. We have such faith in them that we have numerous times recommended them to friends. They are always honest and fair. Bill has been so accomodating that one time he drove the car to our house because we had no way to pick it up at the garage!! I will continue my loyalty to Custom Auto!!
