We've been taking our BMW's here for 10+ years. We love them. Very Nantucket in spirit and attitude! They've always done a great job on our cars including fixing damage to a fuel pump from mice a few years ago that we think would have been twice as expensive at the dealership and would have involved replacing the fuel pump. Their repair was unconventional but we have had no further problems. Same with repairs to the bottom of one low slung car that was damaged driving down one of the rutty Nantucket gravel roads. They repair things rather than just replacing them. They even did a little body work, reattaching a bumper that had come off.
