I purchased a used car from Christmas Motors - all cars receive a complete 1-year or 12,000 mile warranty for parts and labor. I brought the car in because of a grinding noise when hitting a bump. It required the sway bar bushings to be replaced. They also replaced the tie rod ends to be safe. In spite of the mileage being well over the 12,000 mile limit, Christmas Motors charged me $0. The parts and labor (over one hours time) were free. I consider their service to be outstanding. They are prompt, professional, and friendly. It is a family run business and they take customer service very seriously. I don't think you will find a better place to have your car serviced.

I went to a local Toyota dealer for a service, cheap due to a coupon. While I was there I was told I needed an oil pan because it was rotted and front brakes. I was told they could do the work now for $ 1,100.00. I declined the repairs, was told the car was not safe to drive although it was fine when I drove in. I left and made an appointment at Christmas Motors. They looked at the car and found the oil pan not to be rotted, just loose. They tightened down the bolts that hold on the oil pan, leak is now gone. Brakes were fine and I was told to check them again in 10,000 miles. Total to repair, $40.00. I will never fall for the cheap coupon special again.

We have bought three cars from them and can only recommend their service. They love dogs and always have cookies for her.
