Dan and Brian have always treated me and my wife with courtesy. They fix what's broken and charge only for the time they spent and not some formular or preset number of hours. They are always responsive and friendly to deal with.

Dan and Brian run an excellent shop with well trained personnel. A few years ago, I had my Jeep serviced by them (lube, oil and filter change as well as coolant and the transmission serviced) before leaving for a vacation in Virginia. They had a slight "mishap" in the shop, and the Jeep rolled into a workbench, cracking the grill and one of the headlight assemblies. They replaced the parts at no charge to us. While en route to Virginia, we turned on the air conditioning to find out it was blowing warm air. I had taken it to Williamsburg Chrysler Jeep, thinking that it needed a recharge. They informed me that there was a crack in the condenser and that they could replace the part for about $800 to $900. Not wanting to spend that much while on vacation for a car repair, we paid for the hours worth of labor and called B&B and made arrangements for the car to be repaired on our return. Their price was $600. When we picked up the car, there were the words "no charge" on the receipt. Dan stated that the condenser probably cracked when the Jeep rolled into the workbench, and then apologized for missing that. Their honesty is remarkable. They recently replaced the transmission on the Jeep, and, once again, their attention to detail, explaining what they found and doing the repair in a timely manner made me a happy customer. I would highly recommend B&B to anyone.
