Although no relation of mine, Rich is my car's godfather. He's gotten me through 123,000 miles with a large number of suspension/undercarriage repairs (Mercury's fault, not his) and often tells me when I don't really need to do something, basing it always on safety and the likelihood of a problem getting worse.

I took my car to this shop after my car died due to a failed alternator while I was on my way to visit a friend. The manager (Tyrone Lee) was knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to give me an accurate estimate of the cost to repair the problem after I provided him with the specifics concerning my car. The work was completed promptly. Although the repair cost more than I was hoping to have to spend, it carries a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. They did not try to sell me any additional repairs which the car did not need; instead of telling me that the battery needed to be replaced along with the alternator, they recharged the battery for me at a nominal cost. Altogether, I was pleased with the professional manner in which this emergency repair was handled.
