Bruce Fiske is a remarkable person and Volvo mechanic.( he does not work on any other type of car) I hesitated to answer the question above about "screwing up" because it has never happened. Bruce is a brilliant diagnostician and takes the time to carefully and thoroughly explain all problems in a manner that is always respectful and never condescending. He has won several awards from Volvo for his diagnostic proficiency. And to top it off, he has a great sense of humor! What more could you ask for?

I marked myself on this survey as a 'biased customer', as the level & quality of work done at Fiske is excellent - it has therefore biased me towards unequivocally recommending them. Both Bruce & Norm and delightful to work with. They always take time to talk you through the issues, and explain problems found and take the time to explain your options. They only work on Volvos, and their knowledge is immense. I will always take our vehicles there..

A real class act. When my 1993 Volvo first decided to break down, it did so within 2 blocks of this shop, as if it knew where to find relief. Minor repairs are done by appointment, usually scheduling weeks in advance, so plan ahead.
