They are excellent. They find the problems that the clowns can't. And you can talk with the owner any time.We are big fans.

Junior is a hoot. He has a dry sense of humor, and oozes competence. He went out of his way to explain the work to be done on my car, and returned it to me promptly. I think his charges are fair. I went to him based on the recommendations of a couple of men in the same line as me at the hardware store (I just moved here). They said Junior is not cheap, but he's trustworthy and does good work. I have to agree with those gentlemen. I hate dealing with car problems, because many mechanics have screwed me over by doing poor work and/or treating me like a half wit because I'm female. This experience was infinitely bearable (it's hard to call spending a couple hundred on your car enjoyable, so bearable will have to suffice).

I went to 3 dealers and spent 4 weeks with rentals before Jr.'s spent 2 hours to tell me that my distributer was bad and one of the dealers installed the wrong size spark plug wires. The first dealer,In Salem Mass.,but I cannot mention their name, was sure that firing order was reversed.

As a woman and being a member of a family with three mechanics I don't trust many mechanics in the outside world. But now that I live a hundred miles from family I was beginnign to get very frustrated until I found Junior's Automotive. I went throught the AAA site and I have to say that I am so VERY happy with the service. Junior is a straight forward honest happy guy and always a pleasure to speak with. I have now moved outside of the area but still plan on bringing my car to him. The BEST!

I had some problems after the repairs,I felt that they charged me for time that they should have already been paid for.If there were other problems they should have discussed it before going ahead with other work$$$

Junior's has been in business at the same location for many years and has worked on several different cars in my family over the years. He is not cheap, but when he fixes your car, it's done right. The shop has 6 or 7 lifts, and is always busy. His experience is extensive, so if you have a difficult to find problem, he'll be able to find it and fix it. I'd recommend him to anyone.
