Rich Moore's automotive shop was recommended to me several years ago when I first moved out to Massachusetts. I have gone through a variety of cars since then, and I have never been disappointed in any work or information received from R&L. They are up front about anything going on with your vehicle, anything that looks like it's about to go on, and anything that might possibly go on in the future. They explain things in detail and will show you the parts that need fixing, and they're absolutely honest about the costs for parts and labor, and any options there may be. These guys are so good I once had my VW Jetta towed all the way from Haverhill back to Hudson just because I didn't want anyone else touching my car. I dropped off the car, put the key in the drop box, left a voice message, and I was back on the highway the next morning with a shiny new alternator and battery. I've had anything from a simple oil change done, to clutch, alternator, brakes, and coolant and exhaust repairs. I don't know all the specifics of what this shop does and doesn't work on, or what sorts of certifications they have, but they've worked on my Mercury Topaz, two VW Jettas, my friends' Hondas, Plymouths and Toyotas, and now my partner's Mazda. I have yet to hear a single complaint from any of them. If you have trust issues when it comes to car mechanics, give Rich a call. He won't let you down.
