These folks are old-timey New-England-decent; deliberate and calm and sensible, direct gazes (and not too old either - 40's - so they'll be around a long time). Besides their fine work, you can tell lots about this place from their personal styles. To wit: the guy's wife presides over the front office, and the decor is like two of them: tidy and brisk and bright and business-like and helpful and modest and unfussy. They keep the office and waiting room ship-shape and cheery and clean (I bet just like their own home). They've put windows everywhere, so from the waiting room you can look at the front office, or sit on the sofa and watch the street to the east (or TV), or look out the side into the south parking lot. The waiting room has nice fresh furniture (couch, chairs, TV, side tables, and cocktail table with 3 rows of current+diverse (!) magazines laid across it; and of course, they offer home-made coffee on a side counter out in the office.
