After I had my leaking gas tank replaced in June of 2005, I had major problems with my 88 Isuzu Trooper II. The mechanic who did the original work could not figure out what went wrong. I took the car to an ASE certified mechanic who only made the problems work. I was desperate and asking everyone for a recomendation to a competent mechanic to fix my problems. A manager at a major auto parts store gave me Rocco Basile's card and said this man can find the problem and fix it. Rocco did a a thorough and methodical diagnostic of the car, zeroed in on the problems and fixed them at a reasonable price. The Tropper now runs better than it did when I first bought it.

my regular mechanic left town suddenly and my car was at his shop...I went on Car Talk and found Rocco Basile - he did a great job, rear brakes and a stuck caliper - even fixed some loose molding for free!
