This shop rebuilt my transmission on a Dodge Dakota 4x4,to my COMPLETE satisfaction. They saved all my parts, explained what had happened to it (showed me ALL the parts) Most importantly, they had had an accident with the truck (it had rolled (i guess with no trans in it) They admitted what had happened, paid to repair the truck (it wasnt too bad).Later on, i had occaision to deal with them again over a question, and the man responded with humor, then told me what was really up with the problem-(yellow plug in the bottom of a Ford F-150 A/T--Factory plug!!I would recommend this shop, over and above anything else! These guys know their job, give a care about what they are doing, will do whatever they have to do to ensure complete customer satisfaction-- by the way, they have their own flatbed wrecker to pick your car up.

They have rebuilt my transmission TWICE- once when I cracked the case, and once when a u joint failed destroying the transfer case, driveshaft, and back half of the transmission. I like this place, as the staff always has the time to talk to you, will explain what is going on, and why. I work for a body shop up the street, and, as a former ASE tech, I can understand what they tell me (wish I could work for him, but now I am too far removed from the tech end). Also, they don't call you up every other day looking for money- you pay when you can, even though they keep the car- they have to- mechanics lien- not everybody understands this! Always enjoy talking to them!
