These guys have been my preferred mechanics for about 10 years. They use their heads and eyes when they work on a car, not just their brawn. They are honest and sincere, and even clean up the front of the car when they are through. Best of all, with regular customers like my wife and me, they *bill us,* if you can imagine that. It works out great, because my wife drops off the car in the early morning, takes the commuter rail train to work, and picks it up when they are closed on the way home.

I've been taking my car to this shop for years and have come to like, respect, and trust all the people there. What stands out for me is their honesty, sincerity, goodwill, and the fact that they always look out for the customer's best interests. They've often saved me money in ways that I wouldn't have thought of (or even known about if I hadn't asked). These mechanics had better not retire or disappear in my lifetime, because I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else.

My 2001 Saturn SL has 150,000 miles on it. They know that I'm a student with little cash and always shop around for the best price on parts for me. They even let me know what repairs can wait a bit. And they have never stolen any of the plastic animals I keep on my dashboard!

Good people that do good work. Fair, honest, and friendly. Manage to squeeze you in without squeezing someone out when you have an immediate problem.
